Studio Clean started with a simple observation. After years working inside NYC's luxury residential buildings, watching cleaning services come and go, one pattern repeated. The commodity services showed up with a different person every week and left residue on marble. The luxury concierge services cost more than a mortgage payment and felt impersonal. Between those two, there was nothing.
So we built it.

Paid above the NYC industry rate, which makes consistency possible. Turnover is our enemy, and we treat retention as operational infrastructure.
